A Safe Arrival

We do everything we can on our end to ensure that your goods reach you in perfect condition, but unfortunately accidents do occur. That said, if your parcel arrives damaged do not panic! It is important that you still accept the package but ask to mark the consignment as damaged. This is because, luckily, a damaged box doesn’t always mean damaged goods. Take photos of the box in case we or the courier ask for them before opening it to assess any damage. Some parts such as Perfect Fit corners and handles are easily replaced, but more significant damages will require full replacements. If this is the case, we will solve any issues as efficiently and effectively as possible.
